2012: International Year of Sustainable Energy For All

Alternative energy will be a major talking point in 2012, thanks to the UN’s decision to declare it as the International Year of Sustainable Energy for All. The decision was made back in December 2010 during a UN General Assembly. The initiative recognizes that access to “modern affordable energy services in developing countries is essential for the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals and sustainable development.”

In 2012 the Secretary-General in consultation with the inter-agency group UN-Energy will be working to increase awareness of the importance of addressing energy issues, including modern energy services for all, access to affordable energy, energy efficiency and the sustainability of energy sources and use at local, national, regional and international levels.

The hope is to reach three major objectives by 2030:

• Ensuring universal access to modern energy services;

• Doubling the rate of improvement in energy efficiency;

• Doubling the share of renewable energy in the global energy mix.

The launch of the International Year of Sustainable Energy for All will take place at the World Future Energy Summit in Abu Dhabi, UAE, between January 16th and 18th. This event will be followed by several other ones throughout the year, including the UN Conference on Sustainable Development in Rio de Janeiro in June.

Have a happy, sustainable 2012 and may alternative energy get stronger in the coming year!

Dear Colleagues looking out for technology solutions for Sustainable Energy and make 2012 as the beginning of this Era of sustainability,

We at Clean Planet Technology Initiatives for Sustainable Development take up countrywide or region wise technology consulting & Technology Transfer facilities to all stake holders involved in realization of Sustainable Power/ Energy. Interested country members / organizations are requested to visit our unique web site:www.sustechinitiatives.com and communicate via our contact mails.

We make Hydro power feasible for 24 hrs x 365 days with our fluid returning systems back to source. Very high head formations with optimum fluid use, continuous running scope of existing Dam/ Barrage & Pumped storage power hydro power plants for maximized power generation is facilitated.

We can also convert existing coal, Gas, Fuel & Nuclear based prime movers to equivalent rated hydro turbines using our revolutionary technology.

Hence policy makers, Government, Ministries related to Power/ energy planning for on going projects & future can conveniently switch over to this New technology to save your costs[ Expected savings around 75%to 60% of project capital & civil costs with zero carbon, GHG & heat emissions facilitated by abatement of fuels of any sort. Power plant conversions or new plant constructions hardly takes 3 to 6 months since no dams or barrages are involved. Ant type of water source can be used -say running canals, rivers[ without Dam/ barrage], lakes, oceans, sea coasts including Effluent treatment plants for ultra mega power generations.

Power Plant installation corporates & companies & ventures are requested to avail this valuable Technology opportunity to save your project costs & investments as well avoid any sort of fuel[ coal, gas,nuclear fuel & bio mass systems since our systems use physical energies & not chemical energy of that sort].

We provide immediate assessment of your projects[ On going, future & New projects based on Mega watts or Giga watts rating] and provide alternate solutions based on our new technologies.

We have exactly achieved the ideal technology solution to combat Climate change, Global warming to realize Environmental Sustainability.

That is the Happy Near Good News from http://www.sustechinitiatives.com
